Shipping Policy

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your custom order form. Upon processing your order, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. We currently ship to all 50 states via standard shipping. Street addresses only please. P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Please note, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days. Also, packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.

Flatscreen Finishings will use all neccessary means to insure that your shipment arrives in good condition. In the event of damaged merchandise during shipping, customers will receive a full replacement. In such case, Flatscreen Finishings must be contacted immediately (should not exceed 3 days from receipt of order).
